Via interactive performance art, happenings, creative writing and international fieldwork I try to create a healthy and abundant eco-centric co-habitation of the planetary spaceship.
With an inherent interest in the holistic meeting of ecology, spirituality and various cultural narratives around our body, I began an artistic and personal exploration of the ‘Artist as a Shaman’ in 2013 – which resulted in various performances and installations, with soothing and emblaming ritual interactions with the audience.
More recently, I have begun to integrate practices such as (social) Permaculture, (alternative) Community and Eco-Activism into my practice – shifting the emphasis from ‘the persona of the healer’ towards more direct opportunities for re-shaping our socio-political environments, collectively. Results of this have been several temporary communities and sacred/eco-constructions in natural settings. Continuingly an interest in European paganism and nature religions lingers within my work too, which inspires me to produce written works in the form of short novels, poetry and spoken-word performances.
I obtained a Masters in Fine Arts, hold a certificate in Permaculture Design and train as a Holistic Body-Oriented Psychotherapist. I am also enrolled as a Bardic student at the Order of the Bards, Ovates and Druid.
