The new website: artoffice.info is online! This database will expire in the course of 2020.
Transferring data: from old to new website
It is almost impossible to properly transfer data, text and images from one website (database) to another. This is partly because the structure of the database has also changed.
For this reason, all registered Rotterdam artists must re-enter their details in the new website for Rotterdam artists.
We will publish the website publicly around 16 June, so good if your page is filled then.
Description of new website
Less is more
The new website is simplified in design and at the same time offers more possibilities: after logging in, artists can not only apply online for funding, but also contact each other through the community for questions related to professional practice, for example about material use or studio space.
For Rotterdam artists
The community is in the part For Rotterdam artists, which is entirely focused on supporting the professional practice of Rotterdam artists. Here you will find Tips & Calls, other Rotterdam artists and the new online application forms. There is also a section where visual artists can register at CBK Rotterdam / Art Office.
By Rotterdam artists
By Rotterdam artists is the part where visitors to the website can see what Rotterdam artists who are registered with CBK Rotterdam are doing. Every artist who had a page in the old website and is still active is easy to find on the website. (even if you have not yet updated the data - your page will be empty)
R&D in October
Applications are now made online. This also applies to the next R&D deadline on October 23 (the second round is due to the corona crisis and the temporary new measure will be canceled). The R&D scheme has not changed in substance.
Manual new website
Go to artoffice.info and to “login” (concrete link is artoffice.info/login). Use your email address (the email address where you received this email) at username. The e-mail address at which you receive the tips and calls or the information e-mail from CBK Rotterdam art office is in the system.
You do not have a password yet, so click on forgot password.
A link will now be sent to your e-mail with which you can create a password. It may take a while before you receive the reply e-mail. Also look in your spam box because the mail often goes here.
If you have your new password, log in.
With your account you can change your personal details such as address and adjust your portfolio. Here you can also view the status of your applications. In many places you can see a small blue circle with an i. Here an explanation is given about a specific element of the website.
If you are technically unable to solve the problem, you can send an email to the helpdesk email@example.com. The helpdesk is regularly checked, but unfortunately we cannot offer a 24 hour direct service.
Practical points for attention new website
Previous grant awards from CBK Rotterdam do not automatically appear on the new website. You can enter your CBK Rotterdam allocations in 'Stipendia'.
If you no longer wish to make use of your registration as a visual artist at CBK Rotterdam, please unsubscribe by sending an email to Art Office.
When the new website is active and you have not yet uploaded any photos, you will see a gray area on your artist page. Therefore, try to have your page filled within two weeks.
If you intend to submit an application in the next R&D round, you are obliged to have filled your new page when making the application.
